Terramor Homes, one of the Triangle’s most successful privately-owned Homebuilders, is pleased to announce the purchase of the Cheswick Subdivision in Knightdale, NC. The Homebuilder has purchased Cheswick Community from the developer, Panther Rock, LLC.
“Terramor Homes has been successfully building Homes in Cheswick for over a year now.” said Pablo Reiter, CEO of Terramor Homes. “When we were informed that the developer was not able to sell us any more Homesites, because of impending issues with the financing bank, we became very concerned about the future of the Community for our residents and our customers ” he added. “After a successful negotiation with the bank and the developer, we were able to purchase the entire Community from the developer, both finished Homesites and future phases of the Subdivision.”
Terramor has purchased 29 finished Homesites and approximately 147 future Homesites in the Community. “Even better news,” added Reiter, “is that we were able to secure traditional bank financing for the purchase. This speaks very highly about the confidence from the banking industry in the Triangle region.”
Starting in the low $170s, the Community will now include eight distinctive Homeplans including: 4-5 Bedrooms, 3-4 Baths, Guest Room, Study, Tech Area, Game Room and Two Car Garages. The new Homeplans will range from 2,000 – 3,300 square feet of well-designed living space. Amenities will include: Walking Trails, Pet Park, Natural Open Areas, Pool and Clubhouse. “We’ve done our homework to create a Community with affordable Homeplans that will be the perfect fit for growing families. In late April, the Homebuilder celebrated a Re-Grand Opening at Cheswick Community, introducing their new product line. They have already sold all existing inventory and have recently broke ground on five new Homesites that will include the new product.
