Your new Terramor Homes residence includes a one-time Drywall Settlement Repair Service within the first year of ownership. This service is designed to address drywall nail pops and hairline stress cracks that commonly occur due to the settlement process with your Home. Once the affected areas are repaired, as a courtesy, they will be sanded and touched up with the paint used during construction of your home. We will only paint walls that are still the original color painted during construction. We cannot guarantee that the touch up paint will match seamlessly to your current paint. This service does not include any damage caused by the Homeowner; only items due to the settlement of the Home.
Our Drywall Trade Partner will make every effort to control dust, but cleanup will be the Homeowners’ responsibility.
Terramor Homes’ Drywall Settlement Repair Service is scheduled and completed by our Drywall Trade Partner. Homeowner will need to mark spots to be addressed with blue painter’s tape prior to scheduled service.
*The warranty standard for repair of drywall cracks are those exceeding 1/8 inch in width as observed during daylight hours with natural light. We are not responsible for any damage or the moving of furniture or personal belongings.
