Dear Future Homeowners,

My name is Michelle Simms - a wife, a mother and a homebuilder - and I have moved more times in my life than I care to count anymore! I have a wonderful, active, busy son, who has been the driving force of our moving decisions now for the past 6 years. I’ve learned and experienced so much through these processes. I’ve also been in the new home building industry now for many years. Now, I know what I like, what I want and what it takes to make me feel good about where I call home! As a woman, I feel confident that I can translate those demands into something unique that will truly impress you, something different than you’ll find anywhere else!

Now that I run a very successful home building company, Terramor Homes, I imagine myself living and coming home to the communities and homes I now design. I envision going for walks with my son and dog through the neighborhood, helping him with homework while I start dinner in the kitchen and just living a real and everyday life at home with my family.
